Fuji X-Pro1
The best camera I've ever owned. Why do I consider this the best camera I've ever owned? Well, first and foremost, it gives better image quality than my Nikon D7000, F100, F4...or other cameras I've owned in the past. With their Fujinon lenses, the images are super sharp. Though MPs are same as D7000 (16-17MP), the images are sharper than D7000.
Even with the better quality pictures, the body is lighter and smaller than D7000 though more expensive. It's much, much easier to take it with me everywhere. The design of the camera is slick. It, I guess, is consider as a mirrorless camera and having the mirrrorless camera look. It's all metal and it feels great in my hands. There is no plastic feeling about this at all. Another good thing is that the camera is all black and it's optimal for street photography with black t-shirt for camouflage. All the controls are on dials so that I don't have to go to the menu to change the settings. Shutter speed, aperture, ISO, exposure compensation are on my finger tip. I don't need to take my eyes off the viewfinder to change the set up. Exposure compensation, aperture adjustment, shutter speed change are all quick. Only drawback was the speed of manual focusing, but it was fixed with the new firmware 2.0 update. Very fun camera. |
