Sony a7
I sold my Fujis (X-Pro1 and X-M1) to purchase this camera. Well, the biggest difference is the sensor size. Sony a7 is a full frame sensor and the Fujis are APC. So far however, the picture quality isn't too much different between a7 and Fujis. In fact, I like the colors of Fuji little better, especially for portraits. X-Pro1 is much better build and feels much nicer in hands. a7 is much more plastic and lighter thought the size is about the same. Lens choice is also much better with Fuji. Sony only has few lens made for a7 and a7R so far.
So, why did I switch to Sony? Well, a7's auto focus is much, much better. I have my Nikon D800E for landscape, so my main purpose for the Sony was to take pictures of my son and for streets. The face detection is awesome and quick. There are significantly more picture on perfect focus when I review my pics on my desktop. Hopefully, Sony can catch up with Fuji's mirror less lens lineup soon so that I can make more fair comparison.
Another good thing about this camera is everything is customizable. There are 3 custom buttons, functional button and all the other buttons are also customizable. With those custom settings, it's actually faster for me to set my camera to my liking than Fuji with manual dials.
The tilt screen is awesome for taking baby pics. Fuji X-M1's tilt screen has more range, especially when tilting it downward.
The Wifi doesn't work well. I think it's more of the app problem than anything. Fuji X-M1's wifi function worked better.
Another problem is the battery life. It's not as bad as what they say on blogs on line but much shorter than Fujis (and of course than SLRs).
